• Team building from scratch, based on customer needs and project specifics;

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed customer’s issues/requests and verify them with the product roadmap;
• Identify and document user stories and test cases for new functionalities;
• Analyzed the market and competitors for generating new ideas and features;
• Leaded features development from ideation to production.

Key achievements:

• Released a new bank mobile application for Android and iOs in 3 months;
• Kept rating above 4.9 in the App Store.

Spribe (IT product company) – Project/Product manager

June 2015 – March 2020

Responsibilities:

• Created a product development plan and roadmap;
• Controlled project development with the constant introduction of new ideas;
• Created, prioritized and adjusted the product backlog according to strategic product value;
• Conducted interviews and recruited new staff.

Key achievements:

• Implemented more than 100 ideas for a start-up launch;
• Built a team of 30 people in 2 weeks and set up a new department within 3 weeks.

• Site development and SEO optimization;
• Analyzed and improved all business processes;
• Managed the team (recruitment, writing technical tasks).

• Successfully launched a completely new product in the Ukrainian market within 2 months;
